Terms and house rules

Ambient Bird’s Nest is made by New Nordic Way rf (ODD), a registered non-profit association in Helsinki, at ODDspace, Teollisuuskatu 9D. By coming, you agree to the house rules below. They exist so that a hundred and fifty people can let go in the dark together.

Tickets

• Ambient Bird’s Nest is for 18 and over. Bring ID; we may ask.
• Tickets are sold on Venga, hosted by ODDones. Venga’s terms of sale apply to the purchase.
• Tickets are not refundable.
• If we have to cancel the night, you get your money back.
• The running order is a storyline, not a timetable. Names and times go in when they are signed, and they can change.

House rules

• Shoes off at the door, on the landing.
• Lie down, or sit down.
• In the nest, we listen: no dancing, no doing, no small talk.
• Phones on silent and away while you lie in the nest. One lit screen wakes a whole row.
• A picture is fine: no flash, keep it quick, and ask before you photograph anyone.
• Tea instead of a bar. There is nothing to buy.
• The sauna is a small infrared one, three at a time. Use it at your own pace.
• Look after your own things.

How we look after each other

• Everyone here is trying to land. Give them room to.
• Ask before you touch anyone, and take no for an answer.
• No harassment, and no hate: not for anyone’s gender, sexuality, origin, body, age, faith or ability.
• Mother bird: someone from the nest is up all night. If anything feels wrong, for you or for someone else, find them. You can also write to hello@oddfest.co, before or after.
• Anyone who breaks these rules is asked to leave, without a refund.
